Am trying to get web addresses of boat chandlers in the miami area that will do international shipping? Hopefully someone out there has some links?

you may want to do a google search for WEST MARINE and or BOATSUS. They are both mega stores that sell boating gear, supplies, and electronics in the US. I am sure they would be glad to ship to you world wide via DHL or FEDEX. Good luck!

also try Sailorman in Ft Lauderdale or Lewis Marine...Lewis ships all over the Caribbean, but only to trade accounts......so send request on a company letterhead...
