i have these flowers in my backyard but i don't know what they are called and i have seeds for them too but i still don't know what they are called?
details:
*they bloom open when the sun goes down
*the keep close when the sun is still up or shines on them
*they are bright violet
they form in big bushes about the size of a husky
and they have lots of leaves and on top of that the flower themself
please help i really have to know what they are called!

If the human race all came from Adam and Eve I assume their descendants would all have very similar characteristics.

Does not the sheer diversity of the human race today, which shows itself in different racial characteristics, indicate a form of evolution which cannot be denied?

at first i`m muslim ,and i believe in God but let us see what christians believe
both judaism ,christianity and islam believe that God is like nothing else and nobody has seen him ,so God is unknown

I'm asking this in philosophy, because I keep getting tautological answers in the more obvious categories. I need some lateral, creative thinking on this.

People are always shocked that I LOVE jokes, hearing them, telling them. I love to be silly, goofy, but I'm also very SERIOUS.

Why is this seen as a CONTRADICTION? I am really, really curious.

(It almost seems that culturally people separate themselves, as if -- well you tell me.... )

If you are a teenager (or younger) do you smoke cigarettes? If so, why did you start? How do you hide them from your parents (or do they know)? Where do you normally smoke them? How are you able to get them?

She found it in Maryland and said that it is actually pretty small. I thought that it may be a leaf hopper but I wasn't able to find a picture of one with similar coloring.

How simple rice cookers (ones with no electronics) know when to stop cooking? My cooker does a pretty good job, and I suspect it is by weight, because when it has no water/no cover the on/off button jumps back to off. However, if it is really based on weight, then how can it know if I have a little rice with water, or a lot of rice and no water?

Are you a cleaning freak like my neighbour who has the bleach in her hands at 5:30am and spends all her spare time cleaning around her 2 boys? Or are you a bit more chilled out like me? Our house is cluttered but clean, i spend an hour cleaning one room only to move everything into another and so the cycle continues and my house is never totally clutter free, i can leave dirty dishes until the morning and the crumbs trod in the rug can wait until i get the hoover out sometime this week.
Im such a dirty girl and my neighbour of the same age ( 24 yrs) loves to rub her cleaning prowess in my face, oh the shame.

It has just become so common, I find it really annoying. Like sitting at a red light and a young man will be crossing the street and he is swaying but he is grabbing or resting his hand at his privates, whats with that? I personally think He knows some would read it more and really dig in...if it were more like a puzzle book. If it was too easy of a read, would some people even be interested? Doesn't it give you a thrill when you FINALLY figure something out that you didn't know before? It is like digging for gold....lots of hard work but pays off in the end.
