Ok after you interview for a job and about 3 days later.. they call 2 of your references to ask about you, does this mean they are most likely going to hire you or are really considering you for employment?

I saw on the news that a kid had been suspended from school for a minor infraction. Honestly, I do not remember what he did, but it was trivial. I think taking a child or making a child stay home from school is wrong. I believe there are other alternatives, such as putting them in a detention class during that time. This class would be one that would make them read or study during this time and insist that they produce a paper on what they did, why they did it and what they think would have prevented it.

Suspending a kid from school is only asking for them to get into more trouble. Do you agree with me?

I am an administrator on a Chicago Bears message board and need some ideas for recruiting. We are based off of a White Sox site that is one of the best baseball forums in the country and I would like to get the bears board to that level? I bought 1 male and 3 female black mollies from my local fish store in hope of breeding them. I told that to the owners of the shop and they gave me 2 babies to get me started. I also got a breeding net. The questions that i want to ask are

1-If my fry are roughly 1 cm long, how old are they

2-how many fry can 1 molly have(2 of the 3 seem to be pregnant)

3-Is it the right thing to put the fry in a breeding net/box (when i didn't have a breeding net and my fish had babies, they all got eaten)

If you could answer this it would be a big help.

So I have this mole on my face, and it's really tiny. It looks like it's just a freckle untill you pass a finger over it. Well anyways it's kinda turns itself into a pimple, at times. Like it has a white head on it. So heres the difficult part... I'm in the whole skin care business, but I have no idea if this is a "normal" thing. I'm not going to go to a specialist, when I should know these kinda things as it is, and it's not like it bothers me. I just wanna know has anyone had this before?
