My doctor put me on a no milk or milk products diet because he said I was seriously calcium deficient, and milk doesn't provide the calcium I need. He said I wasn't absorbing it, plus I've heard milk is really bad for you, so is soy milk. What do you guys think? (I was lacto-ovo before he MADE me eat meat)

Last year I started looking at Christmas magazines and such in autumn so by the time December rolled around I was sort of Christmassed out already. This year I'm doing my shopping really early (I've already gotten a good start) in the hopes of getting all done and packed away and then forgetting about it until December. Will this work? Anyone tried it?

I can't leave everything 'till the last minute, but I can't start too early. So how do I avoind Christmas burn out?

I am a full-time struggling college student going on her 2nd year.I am employed, but I don't make enough sometimes to pay my bills. My father helps me out when he can, and my mother is unemployed, so mostly I take care of myself. I am in desparate need for money right now, and I seem to have no other options. My rent is due and I am overdrafted in my account by $200. I tried looking for loans, but I never get approved. I also have 4 payday loans that I just can't simply pay off. Is there a way for me to recieve some fast cash so that I can pay my rent and take care of my loans? anyone with suggestions please let me know!

I was wondering what peoples opinions are on choke chain collars. I see many people use them, especially for labs. Are they for training or for dogs who tend to pull on the leash alot?

I don't use one, nor do I need to, but I was wondering what people thought about them and what their purpose was.

If Adam and Eve sinned why is it that we have to suffer in child bearing?,....what does eating a apple have to do with hiding our private parts and having terrible child bearing pains?,.......why is this sin so emphasised on or genitals?, or was there something else going on in the garden that would cause us to cover our private parts?, why would we feel ashamed of our private parts if we only ate a dumb apple or a fruit?. I have a VIDEO_TS file of a movie and earlier today tried burning it, and everything went fine, it worked when I put in my computer, but when I put it in a DVD Player connected to a TV it said it couldn't read the disk. Any help?

I have a Samsung SA01 Model HD TV, which seemed like a wonderful purchase when I bought it, since I was told that it has HD capability as well as Progressive scan capability. However, I'm trying to get the progressive scan mode on. However, every time I try to turn it on, the screen goes blank. Do I need the USB upgrade or something?

I am writing this for my husband. He is currently laying in a dark room, trying to get away from the pain. Five days ago the doc said he just had a scratched cornea after he was complaining that his eye hurt (said it felt like his contact was folded in half in his eye). Then the pain went into his head. A new doc two days later said he had an infection and that was causing extreme pain to the middle of his head. A doc today said he may have Shingles in his head. His eye is red and he says it feels like needles are poking his eye ball with extreme pain in his head and right behind the eye. He is crouched over from the pain in his head. He can see, but his eye is very teary and maybe even swollen. The doc gave him anit-inflamitory meds and meds to kill a virus. Nothing is helping. It has gotten prgressively worse and worse over the course of four days. He had a lot of stress in his life two weeks ago. Don't know what else to do. He cannot sleep and lies awake all night.
