I have a VIDEO_TS file of a movie and earlier today tried burning it, and everything went fine, it worked when I put in my computer, but when I put it in a DVD Player connected to a TV it said it couldn't read the disk. Any help?

Chances are better than good you don't have the proper software to do it for one, Next depending on your computer and Operating System will dictate the software you need.
It is also against the terms of use to discuss it but do a Google search and you can find all the information you need.
You need a ripping software, and then you need a copy software that will enable you to compress a Video TS folder to a standar 4.7gb disc. and use DVD-R Media, and not cheap stuff either.

You might burnt that folder as an data disc..Get an video converter such as Xillisoft and create an *.iso file image and the some mostly all burning programs of allow you to burn images to disc.
