My ID (it's required, don't feel like getting a fine) and my keys (I live alone so I couldn't get back in otherwise, or I'd have to leave the door unlocked which is obviously a bad idea). And at least some clothes, I'm not a nudist.
That's all; I don't need a wallet when I'm taking a walk or visiting friends, hardly ever use my cell phone, and I haven't worn footwear for over ten years!

Oh good Lord, I've left each item in my bag at home on at least one occassion - I left my cell phone at home on the charger just a few days ago. I manage to somehow turn on my car, so I guess I'd say my keys :o)
And yes - I've run out a few times without my shoes! LOL! It's a miracle I ever get anything done.

Yeah I never leave without my cell, cause I love to txt especially if I'm waiting in line for something. If I go out in public, I'll usually wear a hat.8^)

I won't say clothes or shoes because it's obvious, but I really can't leave home without a watch; it drives me insane.

A bra.
Keys are good, too.
I've left twice without them...and it's not free to get somebody to come break in your house for you!
Shoes are good.
But a bra and keys...yeah, I'll go with those two.
