My husband has more excuses and promises than anyone I have ever met. He is able to express himself in ways that push just the right buttons in me and without much effort on his part---I believe! I want my marriage to work and I have accepted every little crumb he throws my way....literally I am like a kid at christmas....everytime I think the big bow means theres a gift....and every time I find out the box is empty, I buy into the sad story, the lengthy excuses, the aches, pains, promises of next time.....I started making a list to see it in black and white and I can't believe how much of this crap I have put up with.....and now I dont have much respect for myself for getting into this mess....and no clue how to begin to rebuild my personhood (hope that makes sense...because I dont know exactly how it got this bad...its been really small things.....that have escalated...and now he trash talks me daily_)....I am strong in other areas of my life....but here I am braindead. Help?

ok so this summer all of my friends from last year have been making out w/ their boyfriends and going to clubs and other cool stuff and i feel like i haven't done any of that and now i'm about to cry because i know when i get back to school every one is going to be talking about what a cool summer they had and i haven't done anything cool =.(

Hello All,
My daughter recently made her middle school cheerleading squad. And she gets so frustraded that she can't do the splits. She doesn't want me to ask her coach about any types of streches she can do to help her out. I'm not any help, so I though I would ask out here. If you have any answers, please tell me. Thanks.

when i sit standstill or lay down to sleep or rest i feel things crawling one me but not like bugs on me like an itch crawling on me and i look when it feels like some things is on there and nothing is there and im staring where is itches and i see nothing and not as much in the shower i went to the internet and it said relentless leg syndrome and i kick alot while i sleep and most of the time the itch goes away with movement like runing or slimply moving

hi. i am 13 and i freak out about everything!. i am basicaly always nervous and when i am not i am thinking about somthing that will happen w/in the next few years and then i get really scared. i always go compleetly crazy when i am in a new enviorment. for example, i went to a day camp that i didnt go to before, and i got so nervous, i wanted to just go home and be with my mom. whenever i am at a new place i compleetly clam up, and want to cry, and want nothing but to go home and be with my mom. it is really a problem and i cant stand it! please, PLEASE help me!

what do people do to control their anger...i really get angry sometimes especially at my aunts and my mother, but i never show it in front of my aunts. my aunt taunts me soo much and agrivates me soo much..then my mom always insults me and then i take out all on her...i reallly dont want this to affect my health or anything...please this is really important i have learn how to callm down, what should i do?

My parents bough tickets to an Indians game ont he same day my high school is having their homecoming dance. I have a girlfriend...the first time i've had one for homecoming so id get to go with some one special to me. And i don't wanna let her down but the tickets were 46 bucks a pop and they've already been bought. They were bough before i even knew about it, so what should i do?????

so i never got my 1st period..
and today i went in the pool and everything was good....
just like 10 minutes ago i went into the bathroom and theres a really big brown spot in my undies. it almost looks like a s*** stain...and its brown.
is this my period?

A lot of people that try to hang out with me are people that i actually despise, and for good reason. They are too sexist, too mean to other people, too cocky, too disrespectful, and even racist. I'm gay and 25 years old. I recently got out of a long-term relationship merely a few weeks ago. We lasted about 3 1/2 years. The relationship had ups and downs but my heart left the relationship a long time ago. Anyway, I almost immediately moved on searching for someone to simply date.

Anyway, I was EXTREMELY bored at home on a Saturday night and my friends were nowhere to be found. So I went to a chatroom where I met this guy who I click with. We met in person that night at his apartment and I still like what I see. I'm not sure how much he is into me, but I've already begun thinking about having sex with him, which I don't do so quickly.

Anyway, how long do you think I should wait before I do the deed?

I know when I do it I will be prepared and comfortable but how much time is suitable?

i have three dogs and to of them are chihuahuas.
one of them always has a dry nose.
but the other two have wet noses, and i always wanted to know what causes a dog nose to be wet or dry?
and what is on there noses that makes it wet?
