Cilantro grows very quickly, and once the plant has produced seeds it feels its job is done, and the plant dies. That's just the nature of the plant. You can try keeping it deadheaded so the plant doesn't produce seeds, and that will extend its life a little. But in general cilantro is very short lived. Just keep replanting as was suggested by a previous answer.

That's normal . It dies after it goes to seed . I get 3 generations / season (in S.- Central NY ) if I do nothing . Plant some seed every 2-3 weeks, to have a constant supply . There are some slower-bolting varieties, but I find that even they only last about half a season . If you cut them back hard, it helps , but still adds only 1-2 weeks .

Mine grows just fine here in Washington state. In fact it is like a weed in the garden. I let it go to seed and the next year it comes up all over the place. Are you growing it in a pot or in the garden. Could be that if it is in a pot it is a watering issue. I don't water mine at all in the garden. Could be you are keeping it too wet.
