It's fine, it'll probably sharpen your metabolism actually. Just don't overdo it or you'll just make yourself sick.
A good idea if you want to lose some weight is to run/jog before breakfast. Your body has no nutrients in it right after you wake up, so when you start doing cardio on an empty stomach, your body will be forced to use your excess stored fat to provide energy to you. Then afterwards you can eat a healthy breakfast, which will reduce your appetite for the rest of the day, so you'll eat less but have more energy. After a month, that's a good 5-10 lbs off of you.

On one hand, that exercise may help to settle your stomach and help you to digest and burn your meal off.
On the other hand, it might be too much for the body to do all at once. Listen to your body.
It is good to walk when it is cooling down like that, and even better with a friend. Start with a few blocks and then see if you can add another block every other day.
Try some simple warm-up stretches before walking. When you walk, stretch your legs and use your stride and you will get the most "bang" out of your walking routine.
Prevention Magazine features a lot of good information on walking to lose weight and increase health.
Another thing" drink water... you can flavor it with some fresh lime or lemon. Stay away from flavored water drinks containing fructose , Splenda, Nutrasweet, aspertame or sucralose... they are all excitotoxins. Fructose will make you fat... you can drop 5 pounds just by quitting soft drinks. The artificial sweeteners are poisons that will actually keep you from losing weight.

Yes-it is a good idea to take a walk right after eating-you do not want to jog right afterwards because it will probably make you nauseus.

yes a little walk after a high fat meal is good but don't run you might barf lol maybe not right after but until you feel its all the way down

Sure,whynot?Works if you work it ,so work it your worth it!Just keep the faith(say a prayer or 2) & you might want to start watching comedys,as laughing burns alot of calories!Peace n Love NOT Wars n Walls!

walking is good!! it has proven that if you eat fast food and go for a walk afterward..your body is much healthier than sitting around..good for you! keep walking
