Hi there. I have RLS and I can tell you from first hand experience what you are describing sounds like you have it too. You will need to talk to your parents to get in to see your doctor because there are medications to stop this. I take Requip and Klonopin. I have a very bad case. Every night when I go to bed my legs want to move and jump and I would have to get up and walk around and sometimes hit my legs and jump up and down and its progressive and this will only get worse. Sometimes with RLS it does feel like creepy crawly things and it can effect your arms and other areas as well. There are no natural cures you need to see a doctor for treatment and a family doctor can prescribe this for you. One night on requip and you will be forever grateful.

Go to the doctor and let them know what you're experiencing. It sounds like your nerve endings are having some sort of signal sent to them, causing these sensations. It could be something as simple as an allergy, so don't stress out, just get it checked out.

Sounds like a form of sleep anxiety...something about the situation or place your in can and quite often causes this in juveniles...example,
I was abused as a child...if I don't rock myself to sleep my back and head will itch...look up anxiety disorders not-otherwise-specified in the DSM t3 or online.

I think you went to Poison Ivy and you forgot to wash. Check your doctors for more details.
