You haven't eaten anything for a long time, and you only have three options; there's some tripe (lining of a cow's stomach) testing at that stand over to your right, a truck load of spoiled sushi to your left, and in front of you some road kill, about two days old. Do you:

A: Tripe, it's a delecacy in SOME place! I think...

B: Well, sushi isn't THAT bad...I'll just eat the rice and carrot pieces...

It seems fairly obvious to me that democrats are, on average, smarter than republicans based on which states have the highest test scores (SAT, IQ, etc.) and which parties those states tend to vote for. However, I'm having difficulty finding hard data on this subject. Can someone please help me locate some evidence, even if it disproves me?

I've been ridiculed here for making statements about evolution by atheists who say I don't know what I'm talking about. They say science has proved evolution. Whenever I mention a scientist, the atheists here belittle him, and say he's not a major scientist. Evolution is founded by well educated scientists.

I would like to point out one thing. Can we take the king of evolution, Charles Darwin. This is the man that started the evolutionary fairy tale. Do people here realize that Charles Darwin, "The King of Evolution", wasn't even a scientist? His education in college was in Theology.

So who's more influential in science? A Ph. d. in a scientific field, or someone who has no scientific degree?

Charles Darwin, the leader of the evolutionary movement, had 0 degrees in science. If he was a Creationist, we Christians would never hear the end of that.

hi, i recently went to the hospital due to what i can only describe as the worst headache i've ever felt in my life! i was worried, so i had a ct scan performed. the doctor told me that the results came out normal, but that ct scans are only 95% accurate, therefore he recommended a spinal tap (which i refused at the time.) he wanted to make sure i didn't have an aneurysm. does anyone know why the ct scan has that 5% failure rate? is it due to us moving around and "blurring" the scans? also, i have a low paying job and i have no insurance. obviously, it is probably best to get the tap done. but realistically, i am worried about the cost and wondering if it is really necessary. i didn't really like the doctor much and he seemed like he was trying to scam me. he wasn't able to answer any questions i had, was very brief, and did nothing to make me feel comfortable. does anyone have any advise, perhaps from your own personal experience? thank you in advance!

I jog for an hour (about 5 and a quarter miles each time) at least 3 times a week, and I'm looking for a dog that I can jog with every day. Any suggestions? Also, I run on the sidewalk or pavement, so should I get doggy shoes?
