not a chance. Once skin is removed from your body regrowth isn't going to happen. All you can do in the case of foreskin having been removed is to have some surgical restoration or stretch shaft skin to regain some coverage of the glans/head. So, unles syou definitely want to have the foreskin gone, don't let anyyone remove it.

The foreskin never grows back, one it's gone, it's gone for good. Like said before, you may have a scar.

no, the skin will not grow back. It heals faster, if it is done on a newborn. Sometimes a man needs to be circumcised later in life, due to infection or the foreskin attaching itself to the penis. You have to be able to move the foreskin around to clean under it properly. There is a higher risk for cervical cancer in women whose partners are not circumcised.

It won't grow back by itself...
..but there are some "exercises" to -gradually- stretch the skin to 'grow' a "hood" back ...

no, foreskin does not grow back, I know for a fact it doesnt, but dont worry, you wont miss it.
