Ok, so I'm a 13 year old girl. I'm not saying I'm fat, I'm saying I want to lose weight to be healthy. I'm 5'2 and a half and wiegh like 115 pounds.I play lots of sports, you can say I'm and active girl, but I don't feel healthy.I plus, I need to get back in shape for althetics. I need to know what I can do, like what to eat when i got retrurants. My house isn't the healthiest house around. The next time my mom is going grocery shopping, I'm going and im going to stop the junk. Ok, so, excerises, food, and so on, I can do to get the flab off my tummy.
