my thighs are pretty big but my hips arent.. and i jus wanted to know any tricks to slim down my legs..

No tricks. The only way is to do cardio - running, jogging, swimming, rope jumping, elliptical etc. 4-6 times a week for average of 45min.

a healthy diet would be the best answer. it would also give you the fastest results. a good diet will strength training 1-2 times a week would give you toned legs in a few weeks.
