Ok, so I'm a 13 year old girl. I'm not saying I'm fat, I'm saying I want to lose weight to be healthy. I'm 5'2 and a half and wiegh like 115 pounds.I play lots of sports, you can say I'm and active girl, but I don't feel healthy.I plus, I need to get back in shape for althetics. I need to know what I can do, like what to eat when i got retrurants. My house isn't the healthiest house around. The next time my mom is going grocery shopping, I'm going and im going to stop the junk. Ok, so, excerises, food, and so on, I can do to get the flab off my tummy.

To lose fat on any part of your body you have to lower body fat percentage by doing cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min and eat healthy, fresh, unprocessed foods in small meals every 2-3 hours (that's 5-6 small meals a day)
Talk to your parents, tell them you want them to be around for a long time to see their great grand kinds and that healthy foods are the way to go - replacing all junk food with healthier options - instead of regular pasta get whole wheat one, instead of white bread - the whole wheat bread, instead of sodas - water, instead of pork or beef - chicken or turkey, instead of candy -fruit and berries, nuts and dried nuts, instead of regular cereals -whole grain ones like Kashi, instead of canned veggies - fresh ones etc.
