Why are our GOVERNMENTS selfish?

Seems like thats all we want to do is blame the Government for everything,but yet we don't Vote ,we don't march,we don't goto community metting ,we never get involved in any way , but were quick to complain when something goes wrong ...why are we like this??Why is it that we think are Government is so bad ??Not to many people know this but there are hunderds and thousands of Dollars out there for people and many many programs to get people back on there feet , ask around for help , check you local office for what programs are out there , like for example if you have a home and make next to nothing for 2years then you have some people come out and fix up your home , like new windows,doors,furnace ,heating/Air or whatever and it's good work they do and not cheap labor , So to answer you question , no there not selfish , we are .....

Governments overwhelmingly consist of people. Maybe if you had a government made up of ants or bees they wouldn't be so selfish - but I wouldn't put a lot of faith in thier decisions...

There not selfish , they demand taxes , give out laws , and all they want in return is your money

depends on citizen participation - and how the people are. - unless the government is being supplied weapons for the purpose of creating chaos.
