I work with 3ds Max, Maya, Adobe Software and would like to upgrade from this old machine I'm using. What hardware would make a good computer for me? Guys how often should one masturbate without straining your sex life especially if have a girlfriend and have sex from time to time. When is it too much and when is it too less.? I heard the frequency has an effect on sex coz if you do it too much you might fail to get it up when its time to make love and too infrequent might lead to premature ejaculation. is this true? I do it once a week and am in asteady relationship. But i have been developing some problems in the sexual arena and was wondering if there is a relation.. thanxx

Well...I'm 17, 5'11 and 136 lbs...I've been lifting weights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays for a month now. I do 50-100 crunches/sit ups everyday and on the days I don't lift weights...I run a mile and play basketball for a couple of hours.

My diet consists of a healthy bowl of corn flakes, lunch is a sandiwch I usually make. It can consist of 3 toasted breads with jelly or a double bologne sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.

My dinner is white rice with some kind of beat (usually goat since I'm middle eastern).

So...any tips for me on if I'm on the right track to get one?

Oh and I take a protein drink everyday after workout

we met 4 yrs ago and things started off rocky but have got alot better, we have been on and off alot in those years..
but lately things are settled ( the last year or too)
i hardly see him in the weekedays just on weekends! when i text him in the week he doesnt even reply and his phone is always off? when the weekend comes i see him and ask him why and he pretends he never got them or he had no credit which is really getting to me

ive told him that it annoys me but he still does it! is it because i still come running back?
when i see him we go to friends, pub etc in his area so i doubt he has another girl on the go (he doesnt drive) he calls me his gf and eveyone in his area knows we are together but it looks alot different on my end, none of my friends see him...i just want a normal boyfriend that treats me like i should be treated! all i want is his time and i don't even get that!
he does smoke alot of weed and is into alot of things but i love him and i want to make it work

I've read that adding salt to a freshwater tank will help fight some fish diseases. What exactly does salt do, how much would you add, and which diseases does it fight? I am not planning on adding salt to my tank, but I would like to know in case it's needed for future reference. Thanks!

My daughter-in-law has dropped my grandsons off here now and given me a *list* of "holiday clothes" that I am supposed to buy for them (and the cash of course but that is not the point).
The boys *have* plenty of clothes (I have my own for them here too that she doesn't like but they do - on the whole).
Anyway I normally love clothes shopping with the boys (I always buy their school uniforms in Sept. and *I* pay for them although I had some problems this year over her buying teflon shorts for them afterwards -

Anyway the point is that they do not *need* new clothes - they have plenty and she will only complain about what I choose anyway.
They don't go away until after next week so *she* could take them shopping for clothes on the weekend anyway.
The boys are all excited about going shopping for their clothes but I can't be bothered.

In a hospital, a man cant get into the mens toilets.A nurse says: " sir, you may use the ladies loo. But dont touch any of the buttons on the wall. The man agrees. Once he,s in there, he does his business then notices the buttons that he promised not to touch. Each is identified by initials; WW, WA, PP and ATR. The man cant resist. First he pushes WW and warm water gently sprays on his bottom. Next he presses WA and warm air blows his nether regions dry. then he tries PP and a powder puff applies talc. feeling very pampered, he prods the ATR button. But next thing he knows, hes back on the ward in his bed. "Whats happened?" he gasps Ah, the nurse frowns.
