Well...I'm 17, 5'11 and 136 lbs...I've been lifting weights on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays for a month now. I do 50-100 crunches/sit ups everyday and on the days I don't lift weights...I run a mile and play basketball for a couple of hours.

My diet consists of a healthy bowl of corn flakes, lunch is a sandiwch I usually make. It can consist of 3 toasted breads with jelly or a double bologne sandwich with lettuce and tomatoes.

My dinner is white rice with some kind of beat (usually goat since I'm middle eastern).

So...any tips for me on if I'm on the right track to get one?

Oh and I take a protein drink everyday after workout

you have to eat every 2-3 hours small meals (thats 5-6 meals a day) so your body gets enough calories when it needs them and blood sugar doesnt crash
doing weight training every day is pointless - muscle grows between workouts when you rest so 3 days a week is more than enough (im talking about sit ups), and do them 20-30reps 2-3 sets
corn flakes are not a good cereal - try Kashi (they are the best in regular food stores)
protein shake after workouts is great

Congratulations on the protein shake. Try drink five of those a day. Really, you need more protein and you should probably be eating 5-6 times a day (albeit smaller portions). And I'd skip the carbs for dinner.

No, if you are eating white/potato/refined breads, you are not going to get that six pack. Also, switch over to shredded wheat from the corn flakes. And check your Body Fat Percentage, to make sure it is low.
