I am twenty years old and interested in buying tax lien property. I have been trying to do research on the topic so I decided to try here. Please forgive me for the long story.
There is a property in my hosing complex that the home association has put a lien on the house for failure to pay monthly dues. The house was paid in full but the owner took a second mortgage out on the house to put extra money in their pocket. Later on the owner find himself in a financially situation and couldn’t pay back the money that was owed. The owner then met this scam artist that told the owner in order to get you out of this situation I will give you 30 thousand dollars and take over the mortgage for the deed of your house. The owner gave the person the deed and the person never kept their end of the bargain. The 30 thousand was never paid to the owner and the monthly payment of the mortgage was never paid. The owner up and move to never be seen again. The scam artist is never to been seen again also. Months go on and the monthly home associations dues has not been paid. The hoa put a lien on the house for the amount due. My question is would it be possible for me to talk to the hoa to see if I can pay what’s owed to the hoa to obtain the title for the house or do I have to wait for the house to go into foreclose stage? Once the house goes into the foreclosure stage is it possibly to win the bid of a lien place by the hoa? Is there any other fee’s I have to watch out for, or do I get a free and clean title?
Please excuse my grammar error and use of words; writing is a weakness of mine, due to me being from another country.

I am trying to write a sonnet, but I am having a hard time writing iambs. I can not figure out if one syllable words like 'I' and 'when' are stressed or unstressed. Can you help me out? or at least give me an internet resource for determining this?

Our toilets flooding its flodded the bathroom, and the water is going to two rooms nearby and into the living room. We just moved so we don't have any toilet plungers or toilet snakes, etc.

Well, im just curious about Embryonic stem cell research.

- About how many embryos are made and killed each year.

- Why not Adult stem cells? there hasnt been a succesful cure using embryonic stem cells yet, but there have been plenty for adult. Taking stem cells from and adult doesnt even harm them. Why kill an embryo when there hasnt been a succesful cure using their stem cells? Why cant we just use adults? it cost less first of all, its not harmful, and its proven to cure.

What I'm looking for is something that is motivation related. I know that this position is all it is ever going to be. No matter what I do, it will be turned around and blamed back on me. I saw this in my review. I was dinged for not helping in the A/R area, but I do not have access to the program. I also had comments on finding fault with others, it was their work; I did not do it, I was told to review and note the corrections.

In any event, I have started sending out at least three emails a day to try to get out of this nightmare; but nothing is happening.

I need to work to pay bills, there is no way around that.

This is just a very disheartening position, and I see no reason to put forth a 100% work ethic here if I will never get anything out of it.

i called a freinds young kid a monkey the other day cos she was been a bit cheeky. she thought i was been racist cos the kid is black but i wasn't, i call my kid who is white little monkey all the time if she is playing up a bit. i mean the kids are not even 1 year old why would i be racist to a baby. My hubby and I have been trying to start our family now for 2 yrs. I just turned 30 this year, but hubby is younger. I've been to the doctor and things just aren't happening. Any advice on speeding things up and stop the waiting game?
1. I take my basil temp every morning.
2. I take ovulation pee tests about a week after my period stops.
3. Dr has me on metformin to regulate my insides.
4. I take prenatal vitamins.
Please help as everyone around me that is pregnant is really starting to mess with my head. They just happen to get pregnant right away or just start trying and they get pregnant. I don't understand why it's so hard for us when it's something we both feel is the next step as a family. Thanks for any help or advice you can give.

it's hard when you're depressed and on medications. I've had relasp, I know myself I'm not getting any better, on med for over 1 year now . I've panic disorder, ptsd, severe depression, anxiety .... pschyiatrist recomand a shock therapy treatment. I've done a lot of research in it and discovered it's the last thing I'd do if nothing is helping. I went to mood and anxiety councelling didn't work that well.. end up more depress, suicide thoughts.Other peoples opinions on ect made me scare and have a posibility of getting cure,but memory loss, low concentration, but saves someones life.. help don't know who to talk to. I have lots of questions and worries.. don't know which path to take...I know that talking about stress and what I've been through doesn't help much ...end up crying for couple days .. I did search on internet about it ...the articles only report some good stuffs and bad results....but the worst..as in death result% patients would not be reported .help big decision...

Why then Abraham Lincoln wait until January 1, 1863, almost two full years after the Civil War started, before he issued the Emancipation Proclamation freeing all slaves?
If slavery was the sole issue for the American Civil War won't you think that Abraham Lincoln would have freed the slaves at the beginning of the Civil War instead of halfway through it.
