Blue:
You could use just white as an accent.
Always a fresh look & will not date.
Then you could keep it a very simple scheme.
Sometimes simple is best.

Green:
You could use white or cream as an accent.
Still a very fresh look.

If you want to go really mad & have a funky & fun look:

Blue:
Use white trims for windows, doors, etc.
Use black as accents but only in your soft furnishings such as bedspread, lamps, rugs, cushions on your bed etc etc
.....this would be very dramatic.

Green:
Use cream for trims windows, doors, etc.
Use a really deep purple for your soft furnishings such as bedspread, lamps, rugs, cushions on your bed etc etc
.....this would really make a statement.

A friend of mine used the green, cream & purple in her family room & it looks fabulous. I thought it a strange combination when she told me but when I saw it - I liked it.

She is a fun person & this colour scheme reflects her personality. However, you must feel comfortable with what you choose as you are the one who has to live with it.

depends on what you like, like how girly do you want it. my room is bright yellow on half the walls, with accents of grey, deeeep red and black. it looks dope.
light blue
1st accent probly a deeep purple and 2nd a grey(light or dark grey, no middle grey)
reg/dark blue
a calm, flat, sort of seafoam green, with a 2nd accent of white or eggshell

light green
careful when you pick a paint color with green, it can turn out really bad, go to the behr website and try out there little practice program.
pale yellow, or pale purple would be good for a girlyer room. if ur not into the girly lookin room, try a dark grey accent with a little bit of deeep blue

for a darker green room, as long as you dont pick an orange or yellow itll work pretty well, just stick with very flat and sort of brighter colors.

You could actually use blue and green - with one of them being the accent color.

This may sound like an unusual combination, but a pretty shade of brown or tan can look really good with blue.
