I have an approx 1 1/2 yr old shepherd mix female puppy/dog up for adoption. I've tried craigslist....I've emailed several "no-kill" shelters and they haven't responded....I've tried local ads...everything. This dog is gorgeous. She's mixed with a smaller breed (like a chow) so she's skinny, but strong...long, but thin....and sweeter than any dog I've ever met. She's a big baby...has to sleep in a bed, has to "eat with us" (as in she'll only eat from her bowl if we are sitting at the table near her eating)...she's a big lovable sweetheart and needs a good home.
You are wondering why I need to adopt her out if she's so wonderful, right? I rescued her from someone else who rescued her. I had NO idea that my daughter and I would develop allergies! It's been very very hard and if it was just me...I'd suffer, but I can't put my daughter through this.
I am asking a VERY small re-homing fee to ensure she goes to the MOST loving home. I will NOT tolerate anything less.

Let's say that we took out a $220,000 mortgage. Over the course of two years, the monthly payment pays off 6k (just guessing) and we also put another $30,000 into the principal. How could I make it so that we'd be paying a lower monthly payment after putting in 30k? Would we have to refinance?

Okay, so a few years back I remember watching this show... I think it was on the Sci-Fi Channel, so I thought it could've been possible that it was a Steven Spielberg movie...

I only remember the ending, which was something like... This man wanted to kill a classroom of kids that were like... aliens o_o;.. However, the aliens could read minds so the man tried to think of a brick wall---since he placed a bomb to destroy the kids. And that's basically all I remember... Anybody knows the name of the movie?
