That hurts, I know because my husband never wear his ring.He told me is bend it on the fence which he did I was there when he did it. Not bad enough to stop wearing it,that was just one reason he gave me. Another reason he gave me is when he plays golf the club makes his ring rub his finger and he gets a blister and that affects his golf game. There's one more reason he gave me,he said to me,you know i don't like wearing rings that's why i won't wear my high school ring. Like a trusting wife i was i believe what he told me after all what other reason could it be. Well stupid me,i fount out the real reason he didn't want to wear his wedding ring and it had nothing to do with any of the reason he gave me. The dirty rotten no good a s s whole was cheating on me.Just like me you won't believe he is cheating on you until you find a letter or a pair of underwear or hang up calls when you answer the phone. The hole thing sucks.

your husband is portraying to the market that he is uncommitted and he's doing the same to you. Take his ring from him and have it engraved "PUT ME BACK ON NOW" then tell him when he can act like a husband, he can attempt to be yours again then he can get his ring back. Talk to him about how this makes you feel. when you go out together take your ring off in front of him in restaurants, bars, around friends, or even if your just grocery shopping. Let him see first hand how he degrades his commitment to you. a ring is just a symbol its true, but no ring states your available when out with the guys. Unless it is for your religious reasons and if that were the case you would have never had them in the first place.

he probably doesn't wear it because believe it or not women bother men less when they don't have it on. I believe its becuase they fiure if a guy is married he must be worth haivng im not sure. I didnt believe it and when my sister and her husband went through this same thing that is what he told her and we did some research and its true we actually all went out to the a couple different places on nights he didnt have the ring on he was only approached maybe one time if at all but when he wore it he was almost always approached and the women were very persistant

You need to say something to him, not wearing a ring when going out to public places without your spouse is a good indicator that a person might be cheating.
Bring it up to him when you are both calm, not when he walks thru the door from work.
Talk to him, do not accuse him of anything. Just say it concerns you that he does not wear his ring when he goes out with his friends and you really wish he would.
Listen to his reasons and make sure he understands that it is important to you.

My husband didn't wear is ring either... sounds like your husband is living in 2 worlds... when he is with his friends he is single and carefree.. with you he is married and loyal... I am not saying he is cheating -- only living in a fantasy world for a evening. I would ask him how he would feel if everytime you went out with your friends you slipped the marriage band off your finger? Tell him, it is disrespectful to the marriage vows you pledged. It sounds like the "rings" mean alot to your marriage therefore I would not let this slide... you will only dwell on it everytime he goes out...

Get all dressed up for a sexy night out with your girlfriends... wear a short sexy miniskirt... and make sure he is right by you before you go out the door... take your ring off and slip your panties off and toss them in your room... then head for the door saying 'why should it matter, you don't wear your ring!'
I will bet you don't get 2 steps before he freaks out... then turn and calmly ask if he will promise to wear his ring from now on... if he says ANYTHING other than 'yes', turn and walk away!

that's not very nice. I would understand if he was a mechanic and didn't want to get it ruined, but he doesn't have an excuse. You definately need to say something. I think it's disrespectful to not wear a wedding ring when you are married. I'm sure his friends know, so what does he have to hide?

Well, there is not much you can do... except realize that you married a player... Now, you must decide....what you are going to do because you can't change him... you can either accept his behavior and know that he is on the prowl... or you can do something let him know what you will and will not tolerate. At that point he will probably make sure he is far enough down the road before he takes it off again.

My husband actually lost his ring and I have yet to replace it.
He told me he gets' "hit on" more when he is wearing it than without it.
Maybe this is what is happening to your hubby.
If you think otherwise, I would take the ring so he thinks he lost it. See how he reacts
