Exactly!
The Word of God is spiritual and are the thoughts of the LORD that is beyond man's comprehension; thus natural man would see contradiction in transcendent wisdom hidden from him.
2 Peter 1:19-21
"We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake [as they were] moved by the Holy Ghost."
Isaiah 55.8-9
"For my thoughts [are] not your thoughts, neither [are] your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts."
1 Corinthians 2:6-16
"Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, [even] the hidden [wisdom], which God ordained before the world unto our glory: Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known [it], they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed [them] unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know [them], because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ."

Maybe this is again God demonstrating our choice of free will. True the Bible was written by regular beings and their interpretations are what we see, however enlightened by God. Maybe it is His way of telling us to ask Him for guidance? "Seek and ye shall find?..." I figure if I stick to the basic truth of knowing God, that is asking God for forgiveness of my sins and going on trying to be a good person and follow the 10 Commandments and the Golden Rule, I can't go wrong. Heaven is waiting.

No, there are too many direct contradictions there.
Unless you are referring to the interpretation of the writers of the bible, you may have a case there, but then the bible wouldn't be credible.
I would think that if God cared about his will being followed, he would make it clear enough for the everyday man to follow. He hasn't which has led to thousands of denominations and squabbles.
It appears as if God doesn't have the will, or ability to clear things up regarding his wishes.

On here it's the fact that many assume that English is good enough to judge God's book on.
When the idea that God didn't speak English anywhere in the Bible is presented, the dim light of awareness is still not in touch with their brains. They will treat it as something that doesn't make any difference.

Contradictions thrive in certain religions, like Islam, which holds no problem holding two opposing "truths" as equally valid. Christianity recognizes contradictions for what they are. Therefore, for example, a square circle does not exists, and is impossible, even to God.

Gods Book of Facts has been placed within mans heart, but it takes the "Light of Wisdom" to dispel the darkness, so the "Light of Truth:, will reveal itself to man.

No. If it were "God's" book of facts, you'd think he would have cross-referenced and checked his facts. If your god is omniscient, he would have made his facts true, without room for error.

Maybe *you* are a "depraved being" apart from *your* god. None of that applies to me.

whoever gave me thumbs down, are you saying the above is false?
typical believers response, bury your head on the sand, can't face up to the truth.
