cod liver oil. Sunlight. You can buy special lights that are supposed to be good. Exercise is supposed to be good and try to eat healthy.

Caffiene, too much sugar and alcohol are pretty bad and will make things worse.

Also, keeping a busy routine helps you think less about whatever maybe making you depressed. Make plans for stuff to keep you busy and stick to them.

Just about any sweet sent. But also you have to make up your mind about not being depressed. Try something new and easy. Or do something you absolutely love to do.

Hope this helps.

SAD lamps, for Seasonal Affective Disorder. Maybe you need some sun? Vitamin D is made when we are exposed to sunlight, so why not sit out in the sun for a half hour with bare arms. It's free and easy to do.

chocolate is the most common natural antidepressant and has been used as such for years. most other anti depressants are illegal for one reason or another (ex: opium) chocolate boosts natural endorphins that make you less unhappy. dark chocolate has a stronger effect.
