hi-my wife and I had really good relations with my neighbors-we went to eat with them weekly,then all of a sudden one day it stopped, and they haven't said anything to me since except to tell me they are busy-and they came over when the ambulance was here and took me to the hospital last year-my wife died June 18th a year ago.They came to the service and haven't said a word to me since.Even though they are busy I don't buy that is the reason. Obviously my wife's critical illness and health were a problem for them, and then her death, and me being a single man here alone it's just awkward, but they haven't even tried.I obviously can say nothing-but it's tearing me up inside and I'm getting more and more upset about it all the time. I have no idea why they wouldn't want to talk to me,and I have no idea what I may have done to offend them. I'm not a piece of garbage and I'm not a criminal and I hate being treated like one. It's just building and building inside me and I don't want to

Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I cannot accept, and the wisdom to hide the bodies of those people I had to kill today coz they pissed me off!
And also, help me to be careful of the toes I step on today as they may be connected to the *** I have to kiss tomorrow!
Help me to always give 100% at work: 12% on Monday, 23% on Tuesday, 40% on Wednesday, 20% on Thursday, 5% on Fridays.
Andhelp me to remember..........When I am having a really bad day and it seems that people are trying to piss me off, that it takes 42 muscles to frown and only 4 to extend my middle finger and tell them to bite me!

I was going about 45mph and there was this thump, thump sound coming from the right front. As I was driving, I accelerated a little more and the gauge went from 45mph to 90mph. But the car itself didn't move. It wasn't going anywhere when I would depress the gas pedal. I went to put it in park and it made a grinding noise. (as if I was driving a manual tranny and was trying to put it in first gear.) Even in park, I was rolling backwards. Is it my transmission? Maybe my axel?

My house call vet who doesn't perform surgery referred me to a specialist when she found suspicious lumps on my cats neck (lymph node and thyroid). $1600 later at the specialist we have found that it is most likely not cancerous, but an infection (he is healthy otherwise). The lumps aren't getting smaller so they'd like to remove them to the tune of $2000-$3000.

Here are the questions:
Now with what we have learned from the visits to the specialist what is the best way to shop around for someone to do the procedure at a more reasonable rate?

Can I ask the specialist to send records to other vets so I can get estimates?

Does anyone know if only a specialist can remove lumps from a delicate area, such as the neck and throat, or is it fairly routine?

!am going to be a senior at a private high school. I have a 2.95 gpa.

By the end of senior year i will have:
4 math
4 science
4 religion
4 spanish
4 english
4 history
and other elective credits

On my ACT I got a 22
SAT I got Math 470 and CR 500 and writing 490 a total of 1460. (I will probablly take these again)

I participate in Crosscountry running(Varsity), Cheerleading(Varsity), Yearbook, Peer Leadership, Outreach, and a Ministry program.
I also volunteer at a hospital.
I am also 1/4 Middle eastern if that helps and I am also going to be a first generation college student

Do I have a chance at these schools?

In my dream, I saw my husband and brother being mauled by a bear. I tried everything in my power to stop it, but was ineffective. I woke up so exhausted and upset because I felt hopeless and useless. I kept shouting "shoot the bear, shoot the bear" to the circus staff. No one helped -- instead eveyone watched in horror as they were being mauled. It felt so real and horrifying. I wanted to go inside the cage, but can't get in.

I work at a vet clinic, and a family came in with their three dogs and three kids. Each kids had their own dog. One was aggressive, he was Jennifer's dog. They said that he will bite anyone who came too close to Jennifer. They were so proud of this, laughing about it. The dad said, "I'm glad because I know I don't have to worry about any boys getting too close to her." So they encouraged the behavior, even though he has already bitten a few adult men (friend's of the father). We advised them to see an animal behaviorist, but they didn't feel it was necessary. Well a few weeks ago he bit one of Jennifer's young friends. She had to go to the hospital and get a bunch of stitches. After this the family euthanized the dog because they felt he was too dangerous. I was mortified when I found out, and I felt it was the owners fault for not getting behavioral help earlier on.

This REALLY angered me. I wish they would have taken proper steps earlier to help the dog. How do you feel about it?

The infestation of moths (1/4 inch long fluttery things) began about 4 weeks ago and steadily has increased. I believe it was in the 3 bags of various bird seeds that were near the large bird cage. How long does the seed need to be frozen to kill all stages of the moth/caterpillar/eggs?

Is that natural? My gosh, I'm naturally blonde and it's nowhere near THAT blonde. Do they dye it (I dont think so since they are both natural blondes why would they dye it blonde? Seems kinda redundant). If they do though, what color is that? It's much whiter than Britney or Lindsays dye.

You know, things like beat your slaves, kill anyone who works on Sunday, kill anyone that commits adultery or that is homosexual, and so on....

My question is why the justification? Do you believe that the Old Testament is TRUE or NOT? Either it was written by the hand of God, or it wasn't. To say that the New Testament is "what they REALLY meant", isn't that saying the same thing as, "Silly God, he was such a joker back then!"

Without giving me the very predictable explanation of "it was a question of preparedness, and those were the old days" type of false logic, someone please explain to me how you can belive the Old Testament teachings as religous doctrine? Is killing people based on the day they work, or sexual orientation a sin (New Testament) or isnt it? (Old Testament)

Im 35 weeks along and my husband and I have been on and off. We are both young but have admitted that we are in love with each other and do love each other despite our back and forth relationship. Just last week when we got back together for the 1300th time..he was going to get a tatoo with the babies name and my name and telling me how much he loves me and wants things to work out. we had a fight and now we are broken up again and it seems to me like hes so distant...like he doesnt even care about me like that anymore...he acts like it doesnt bother him that we are broken up and that hes fine with it..hes acted like this the last time we broke up then wanted me back 3 weeks after. how can you be in love and then completely act like ur not? even though we broke up he still wants to be there for the baby but its weird to me how u can say and feel one way one week then the next week act like u dont even care about the person. I dont understand. Im trying to move on.just curious..

I have gained about 7-10 lbs. I am not huge but I am bigger then I want to be. Today I joined Weight Watchers. I am the type of person that needs to be accountable..Anyway, when I joined some of the more overweight women looked at me funny and when I told my husband he wasn't supportive at all! He thought is was dumb because I am 'not fat'..but an extra 7-10lbs keeps me out of clothes from last year and I just don't feel happy with myself! Words of advice? Support? Anything would be welcomed.
