I'm going to be moving to NYC after highschool so I'm trying to find out about various neighborhoods thats close to Manhattan.
So I wanted to know what's it like living in Rego Park, do a lot of young people live there between the ages of 18-21 and over? are there a lot of good clubs there, what are the fun things to do? Is it affordable to live there?

Some liberal do-gooders say that the restriction to two terms of office for a US president is required to assure the stability our our great republic.

Have they ever read such interesting documents as the 9/11 Report? While some allgiations of the comession are undoubtedly unfounded, there is no doubt in my mind that had the Democratic nitwits passed information to the Bush administration properly, we might have been better prepared to deal with or even avert the tragedy of 9/11.

Despite our best efforts, the threat of terrorism is as real today as it was in 2001; even more so as the Al-Quaida are naught but wounded, cornered rats.

Would not continuous leadership for at least another term of office be more effective in dealing with this threat? It is time to reconsider outdated laws and constitutional amendments!

You're definitely some of the most loyal political supporters I've ever seen in my life. I'm just curious. What would it take for you to STOP supporting him?

PS Serious answers only please. We've all heard enough Bush jokes and Liberal jokes to last us the rest of our stupid lives.

Hello. I have an old pc, its from 2001 and has 1.1 GhZ processor, Nvidia 2 series and 256 mb RAM, it keeps crashing, and the sound card is broken..not good? i know..

I am trying to convince my dad that it is really bad, and maybe he can support me with some money to a new pc, I am 12 years old so i cant buy one myself.
But he keeps giving me **** like "its very good still, stop complaining!" or "buy one yourself", i have calculated that with those small jobs i can get, it would take 5 years to buy a pc which is BAD, and still, in 5 years, it's even worse !

Please, has someone got any ideas of how i shall convince my rude dad to understand that it is bad and that maybe he could help me with some money?

i Really need one, i have much school works and i have to write!
I would really be glad if anyone could help me..

And all who accept Jesus as their personal savior will go to heaven. Does that ment upon judgement day if while standing before God you repent and accept Jesus you can then enter heaven no matter what you did before death?
Is there a time limit on redemption?

my divorce was final 1 yr ago - my attorney had originally told me $1000 for the divorce but in the end charged me $2250 which is still cheap i guess. my ex was ordered to sell the house, pay it off and pay off another mortgage we had on a diff property, and pay me my half of the settlement - the prob is he paid off the house and paid me but did not pay off the other property, has not made a payment on the property since Jan. 07 and it is now ready for forclosure this is really hurting my credit. when i contacted my attorney he said he wanted another $500 to pursue this - wasnt it his job to make sure this was all taken care of in the first place? I was also court ordered to pick up furniture and some personal belongings but when i went to get them ex gave me a rough time and wouldnt let me in the house i asked the attorney to pursue this also and he said he didnt want to b bothered with petty stuff!! what are my rights and can i pursue this on my own and how? I live in PA
