Has anyone been to this years Summer Exhibition and if so, is it worth going this year??

I haven't been yet, but I certainly intend to go. To be honest, I regret not having entered works for the Academy this year.
The Summer Exhibition is always worth seeing, whatever your taste in art happens to be. The massive Hockney work is enough to get me there!
Go along and see it NOW! The weather's atrocious ... but the wind and rain cannot spoil your day once you enter ye olde RA!!!

I believe the theme is "Impressionists by the Sea". I shall certainly take a chance and go
