Why are guys so complicated?

Most say guys are simple, but women are complex. I figured this because guys are direct, but girls acheive things in more of a round about way. But for the life of me, i can't figure guys out. They want communication, but won't talk to u, and then they wonder y ur so silent! Argh! I don't get it! Help please

Guys are not complicated. They want sex and food. Maybe some beer and to see a good horror movie sometime. If you and some guy are lost at a hardware store, they are looking at power tools. Instead of asking your guy friends if they ever imagine having sex with your friends, the answer is yes. No matter what they say, it is yes. This, I guarantee. Sometimes guys like to fish, fight, take a massive dump, play some vids, smoke, workout, or shoot guns. That is about it in a nut shell.

If some guy doesn't talk to you he is thinking about something. Don't ask what it is. It won't do any good. You will just piss him off. He is likely thinking about one or two of the above items discussed earlier. Perhaps he has a tooth ache? I get self conscious about my back teeth sometimes. Most likely he is thinking about sex. As a matter of fact, he is thinking about sex.

I think most guys can't even figure themselves out. Your best bet is to be you and do what you do. A guys concept of communication is different that a womans. It just is. The sooner men and women can accept that they operate in their own unique manner the easier it will be to truely communicate.

I think this is also a great identifier of a persons own comfort level with themself. If you can't be upfront and honest then there is something to hide that you deem not attractive enough to show. It may not be a big deal or anything horrible but it erodes confidense and thier mind will make it a big deal.

Best bet, do not try to understand just appreciate the good qualities you do find in that person. If you can't find any then move on.

I think you have a somewhat false knowledge about guys . Guys in the sense are very much direct in their actions and thier sayings. U've got to observe their body language and read their expressions as it the simplest thing to. Guys never talk in two tones. Comparing to guys Gals have the tendency to easily forget or ignore a guy.
even when it comes to sex - guys express frankly where as most of the gals pretend to be alien to the act.

I agree that guys are famous for flirting , misbehaving etc. But have U ever tried why is this so ? Coz they express their feelings or acts right on that time, Compared to gals - U may never know whats wandring in her instincts .

Guys see communication as a way to deal with a problem, a means to an end. What they want more than communication is understanding which takes more than talking. If both people are understanding of each other then communication isn't as needed and waters can be calmed, time can be enjoyed.

You are absolutely right and correct base on your experience, so that's the way it is for you.

You will meet the correct person or MR. right some day in the mean time.

We are very complicated and complex creachers this is what makes the life very interesting and unpredictable. Life can be boring, if it were not for this individuality of people.

This is my general advice to all.

You sound very young and if you are under 25, then study hard if in school or college, stay and finish it.

Build a carrier, youth comes but once take full advantage of it. Study hard, play some enjoy friendship, and then at age 25 if still unattached then try the sites like.

Guys want communication when it is convienent for them, but dont want to talk about their feelings. They want women to talk to them about everything because they think they can solve our problems. Are guys complicated? of course they are--to women. Are women complicated? of course--men can't figure us out. This is something that will never change, humans will never fully understand the opposite sex as a whole, however, when you love someone, you can usually figure them out no matter what is bothering them.

One reason is guys get so many mixed messages.

Ever see the movie Tootsie? It's from '82 stars Dustin Hoffman and Jessica Lange. Hoffman is a difficult to work with actor who finds success masquerading as a woman (Tootsie) on a day time soap. No one knows he's a fake, most of all Jessica Lange, one of the other stars on the TV program. Lange tells Tootsie everything she ever wanted to hear a man say.

Hoffman is a attracted to Lange and he knows she will be at a party later on. He goes to the party not as Tootsie but himself. Lange doesn't recognize him and Hoffman approaches her and says verbatim everything Lange told Tootsie. Lange's reaction? -she slaps him.

Once I had a gf ask me about my past, my thoughts and feelings. Stupid me I told her. After that I had to deal with a lot of questions and judgment I could have done without.

No one really respects somebody who is completely honest, if you want a guy to talk to you, you have to make it safe for him to speak up, there as to be an incentive, otherwise why should he?

Perhaps it's the males you surround yourself with? I'm not being sarcastic, but I truly don't have any issues talking with men, and if they really are more "simple" then that works for me - the less drama the better. My fiancee and I have a wonderful relationship, with great communication, and I know plenty of other women who do as well. Try a different type of guy - trust me - there are alot of great men out there - they do make the best friends.

You will find the qualities in both sexes. If want a great guy that is a communicator and easy to get along with they exist. I test people. I will do or not do things to see if someone I am interested in has the qualities I like. Become good at screening and you will be happy with a good person for you.

The only time a guy is complicated is if he is not ready for what you are ready for. It sounds like the guy you want isn't ready for the same things you are looking for in a relationship.
