Of the three, I prefer Hana. Yet, I think it should be spelled Hannah.
Auriga wasn't even on the database that I use for baby names or my baby name book that I use. Also, this name reminds me of arugula - a type of lettuce.
Love is a beautiful idea, but you can go on behind the name and put in the word "love" for their meaning search and it will tell you all the names that have to do with love. That would be a better idea than actually naming your child love.

I love Hana the best, Auriga is a little hard to pick a middle name for and Love is ok, but will prob. get made fun of in school
