There is only one God in Christianity. The Father, Spirit and Son are one - triune being.
"There is one and only one living and true God. He is an intelligent, spiritual, and personal Being, the Creator, Redeemer, Preserver, and Ruler of the universe. God is infinite in holiness and all other perfections. God is all powerful and all knowing; and His perfect knowledge extends to all things, past, present, and future, including the future decisions of His free creatures. To Him we owe the highest love, reverence, and obedience. The eternal triune God reveals Himself to us as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence, or being."

Christians teach that when God made man, he was created in three parts. He formed man's 1)body from the elements of the earth, breathed into him of his own 2)spirit, and man became a living 3)soul. Genesis 2:7
Each part of man operates in a different realm, and has a different function. The body touchs the physical realm. The soul controls the mind, will and emotions. The spirit communciates with God. Yet each is just as much "you" as any of the others.
So God also appears in all three of the realms in which man exist. In the heavenly/spiritual realm he is called God the Father. When he appeared for a time in a physical body, he was called God the Son, or Jesus. When he dwells in the hearts and minds of men, he is called God the Holy Spirit.
Each is just as much "God" as any of the others. But they operate in different realms with different functions.
So Christians believe that Jesus and God (in the physical realm) are the same person. But that Jesus is also "part" of a three fold Godhead in the way that your mind is "part" of the total "you".

The christian god is a composite and does not exist. The god of the o.t. shows NO fruits of the spirit and is in fact quite evil. He makes dozens of rules that even he doesn't keep and makes horrible threats to the people who don't obey them perfectly? Who in their right mind thinks this sounds holy or loving? Who in their right mind thinks this describes Jesus? Jesus gave us the correct picture of the relationship between God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, and us in The Apocryphon of John. Be smart, believe Jesus, not Moses.

Jehovah is our God, and Jesus is His son.
Jesus directed all worship to his Father, never accepting it for himself. That contradicts the popular 'Christian' idea that God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are all one God in 3 dimensions. Of course they borrowed the idea from ancient Babylon, but we're not here to point fingers are we???

The word god in English may be plural in Hebrew (such as elohim). God could be Jesus only, God the Father (only) or God (the family).

According to Jesus, Heavenly Father is God. And we can only come to the Father through Christ.

Jesus = God
&
Jesus = Son of God
...being God, Jesus can be anything, including his own Son...sounds weird, but God can do anything, including what seems impossible
