Has any body seen the film Red Dawn, if it came to Russia attacking Britain I think Russia would have a gorilla war on their hands if they put a foot on British soil unless they attack us with nukes. Its about time Britain stood up for its self once again. If this diplomatic row carries on the USA will start to distance its self from the UK and we will have to fight this one on our own. Putin is underestimating this little island we live on, we might be small but we have fight?. But saying that, with all our military stretch all over the the world just now and cut backs we are in a very weak position to start throwing our weight about with the likes of Russia who are steadily building there military strength back up. By the way Russia had some involvement with interrogating the Royal Navy personal captured of Iran?. Looks like the Russians are up to something and only time will tell?.

all the people that said USA will not help the UK are WRONG plus is Russia attacks UK or any other European countries then the whole NATO force including USA will attack Russia with full military force.

Probably,but within the bounds of NATO. However it is my understanding that all countries within the alliance must agree to do so, which could take many weeks! According to a radio station this morning,Russia DID send two bombers here yesterday,but they were intercepted by the RAF.I have no idea if the story is true!

Russia and the UK have lots of gas and oil reserves, so he will likely get involved at some stage.

Russian's do no longer want to attack everyone have faith ME i'm RUSSIAN AND.... i'm lazy :D 2. while somebody (extraterrestrial beings, Demon's, and so on) will attack earth and russian particular forces and paratropers (VDV) would be status between you and them you will understand that we at the instant are not THE undesirable men like everyone thinks and that we don't plan to wreck the international :D

I am from Ukraine and if Russia will even try to attack UK I'll take a shotgun in my hands and go steal a large tank... And after I have it I'll go to the Kremlin, Moscow and will kill as many stupid Putin supporters as I can (before they will destroy my tank)

nothing will come of this whasoever,i would not worry about it and even if it did i`d like to think we would have enough power to take on russia,they are not the force they used to be.Mind you all our military are to busy fighting for everyone else.
