I had a trusted counselor that I was going to for mental health issues and to deal with what I was going through in my marriage. Well now I am going through a custody battle. My husband wanted mental health record. The courts ordered me to go sign a release of records. At a previous counselor I was called and made to sign by them. This counselor just released my records. Isn't that illegal? Wouldn't I have been in trouble if I didn't sign, but it was illegal for them to release. Anyone know?

I have lived outside of Canada for many years teaching English and am not interested in continuing in that field of work. I would like to start taking classes and retrain for another line of work such as urban planning.

Would I be able to find work with only English and minimal French? I don't expect a high powered job in an office but I just need a job to keep body and soul together. I can scrub a toilet!

After all this time, why would there still be confusion? A lot of debates took place in the fifties, and I thought it was all pretty well worked out. As an Elder of the Lore I could partake or join a Wiccan circle. This would not cause Wiccans to automatically become part of the Lore. That modern Witches sometimes choose the relgion of Wicca for worship does not make all Wiccans Witches.

Unless! Did someone do one helluva spell to confuse things in the 90s?

My son is 4 months old. We swaddle him in one of those swaddle me blankets every night. He sleeps all night long. If he happens to come unwrapped (this happens somewhat frequently) he always wakes up because he is then free to rub his eyes. Should I continue to swaddle him? Or should he learn to sleep without it?

i've decided not to eat red meat. i've gotten so many different answers on pork. is it white or red?? and can i get a list of white meats?? i plan to eventually become vegetarian.. im working on it. it would be so greatly appreciated if somebody could clear this up for me.

I've been trying to find an opportunity to get off Cymbalta for about a year now, but theres never a good time, thanks to the incapacitating side effects. Any way, I missed a dose today, and I'm miserable. I'm frightened of the side effects that will come when my doctor and I finally have a chance to wean me off.

Those of you that successfully came off of drugs like Effexor and Cymbalta; what helped you overcome its side effects?

i am a wheelchair agent at an airport. i help people with limited motion ability. most of the times i get tipped less money or not get tipped at all. Last time i asked a selfish passenger to tip me, he embarrassed me in front of many people and reported it to my manager.. what is the best way to ask passengers to tip me ? without getting rejected... any advise will be appreciated!!!

I am very confused by this athiestic logic. I have heard some athiests say they just don't know if he exists (which I can understand and even respect), but others are 100% sure that he's not real because he hasn't been/can't be scientifically observed.

What doesn't make sense to me is that scientists don't think this way - they don't patently deny the existence of things they haven't discovered yet. The point is, if nothing could possibly exist apart from what we have scientific proof of, then aren't we saying we know all we need to know and that scientific discovery has run its course?

When athiests say for sure they KNOW that he doesn't exist, it feels more like dogma (religion without basis) than science. If it's your religion/dogma, then why don't you admit that it's a spiritual/religious decision that you're making vs. trying to use science as an excuse?

Please help me understand your thought processes.
