Well, I can tell you that you might enjoy it.
It's unlikely to do any harm, if that's what you're asking. Oral sex is a lot safer.

Nothing. You will like it. But if you are under 17 he can go to jail, even for oral sex with a minor. There is a boy, he is still in jail after two years... got 10 years for oral sex with his 15 year old girl friend.
