I understand that the Bible says no sex before marriage
but is that when the penis touches the vagina physically eg no condom because I think when u have a condom on that the rubber doesnt allow them to touch physically eg skin by skin??

Why don't blacks in America see that these two "leaders" only want the belief in institutionalized rascism to continue so that they will still have power? They make a mockery of blacks and do not want to focus on issues that really hurt blacks such as out of weldock births, crime and gangster rap culture. They are bad for black Americans and have not done one thing to elevate the people they claim to lead.

What are the most important things in life in terms of universal values applicable at all times to all humans?

1) at all times: in the past, at the present, in the future

2) to all humans: different cultures, different genders. different religious background

3) under all circumstances: among members of a family, in work setting between nations

Bear in mind that I am asking for universal values not universal code of conduct as some of the ten commandments which are universal enough.

Please sustent your answer. Don't respond only by saying "trust, compassion and honesty". Include a reason with your answer and why you think are universal (at least the source). For example "Self Respect" because once a person has self-respect, the person's dignity will never be lessened. Self-Respect is the core of all religious and philosophical thoughts. Ive had many piercings, many of which have been extreme ones such as arm surface piercings and creating a perimeter around my eye but I am just about done with piercings that require jewelry. My last one will be an impant piercing, its where the jewelry is anchored between the skin and muscle(or bone), like a labret is with the lip and gums respectivly. My question is how much "room for error" is there? What are the chance of tendon damage or nerve damage or other pernament damages?

I'm completely ignorant about wireless. If I get a wireless N router to work with my DSL and don't secure the network, can someone access my desktop that is connected by cables, or just my laptop that is connected via the wireless?
