Find the embed code and copy it, and then paste it in your details on myspace...Its not that hard...

In youtube youll find an embed code right next to the video, copy and paste that into any section of your profile. To edit your profile, go to the home screen and click Edit Profile. Im not sure but google videos should also have a similar embed code.
