I live in nyc, Im very skinny my bust size is size 30
and waist is 251/2
Where do I shop in nyc?
I went all over and nothing fits me right, everything is big on me,
Are there any women out there with the same problem ??
Do you know of stores to shop ?
swimwear? dresses?

Try the girl's department - your bust and waist fit a girl's size 12. Some size '0's will fit. How old are you?
Unless your hips are bigger than 32", you could wear girl's pants too! That means you can fit the swimsuits, and the dresses.
Just buy the plain, or lace/crochet/embroidery versions vs. the juvenile versions.
By the way, it IS HARD to gain weight for some people!
I weighed 81 pounds in eigth grade!

Sorry, I can't help with stores in NYC, seeing I don't live there. I have the same prob, though, with a bust of 32 and waist 24-ish. What I do often nowadays is checking the kids' department. I know it's embarassing at first to even think about it; but the clothes fit AND just about nobody else wears them, and since nobody really pays attention to what kids wear, nobody will notice where you shop. In my country I like to shop at H&M for small sizes, but I don't know about their sizes in the US. What was small from the US was anything Aeropostale. I only order online from them, but all their clothes are stretchy and I think they fit well. I'm 5'4'' and around 110ish, and the size 00 was a tad bit too short, but fit well around the hips (my hips are tiny, even in relation to my waist they're still tiny, very much like a boys' body), so maybe try them?

Have you tried the very small sizes like 0 and 2? You may need the services of a good alterations person.

You don't say how old you are, or what kind of styles you like, but if you need anything except business wear, there is always the children's department. They would have swimwear, and dresses.
If you need suits or anything like that, all I can say is find a good tailor.
