Ghandi gave to his grandson a list of what he felt were the 7 blunders of the world...here they are:

Wealth without work
Pleasure without conscience
Knowledge without character
Commerce without morality
Science without humanity
Worship without sacrifice
Politics without principle

Got anything to add?

some of them standing there before him would not taste death before he returned, that his apostles would not finish preaching through Israel before he returned, and that the Pharises would see him return on a cloud of glory and power... yet here it is almost two thousand years later and all of the people he was talking to are DEAD?

Was Jesus lying to those people, saying things to them that he meant for some other people, more than two thousand years in the future? Or was Jesus what Jews would call a false prophet and false messiah?
That would explain why there are still arguments about which religion is right, the third temple has not been built, the Jews are still scattered throughout the world, there are still preachers telling people about their versions of god, and the Jewish Bible (100% Kosher, no Greek or Roman Pagan flavoring or aftertaste) has no mention of a trinity or God trying to prove that it's possible to fulfill what Jews have always fulfilled?

Is Jesus a fraud?

Ed joined the Foreign Legion for the usual reasons but the one thing he couldn't forget was sex. "What do you do about sex around here?" he asked his bunk-mate Ted.
"There's a camel train that comes in here once a month," Ted replied.
"And there are women in this train are there?"
"Nope."
"Boys?"
"Nope."
"I see," Ed said. "You ride the camels down to some brothel do you."
"Nope, we shag the camels."
"I'd have to be pretty desperate to shag a camel," said Ed.
"You will be," said Ted confidently.
By the time the camel train came around Ed was hornier than a rhino and ready to shag anything. On sight of the camels the Legionaires abandoned their work and started to run across the dunes to where they had been tied up. "What's the hurry?" Ed asked Ted. "There must be fifty camels over there and there's only thirty of us - more than enough to go around."
"Yeah," said Ted. "But you don't want to get an ugly one do you?"

I bought a used paperback textbook (like for a college course) so it's heavy but the cover already came off and the first chunk of pages are starting too. Anyways, when I finish the class I will want to resell it but was wondering what is the best way to get the cover back on? I think tape is a little too tacky looking but it seems like the whole thing is about to fall apart but I haven't been rough with it I think it's just weakening down

For about the last 6 years I have noticed, short bouts of "ringing" in my ears (sounds like hearing through a muffled speaker and that odd high pitched static you sometimes get from tv's),it happens occasionally and doesn't seem to have a trigger,it usually only lasts a couple of hours in one ear. (sometimes swapping to the opposite side before it vanishes *Tinnitus?*)
Recently I havn't noticed it at all,but more alarmingly I keep getting bouts of "deafness" where for a few seconds to a few minutes I can't hear anything at all, this will happen without warning and again seemingly without a trigger.

I've had my ears checked, they're clear and my hearing range was normal when tested. So does anyone know what this might be?

(When I was young I was prone to ear infections and suffered with them a lot,is it possible they are the cause?)
