Don't matter how much money a man has got if he is boring and can't hold a decent conversation that is a no go. so personality is a good start. If he can manage to come in a decent package that is a good thing too. Although when i was young i wanted good looking men with money as i matured i changed and it was more about what goes on on the inside although i do still like attractive men. A poor man who is motivated can always make money.

Personality! I don’t care how hot a guy is or how much money he has, if he doesn’t have a good personality then he looks ugly to me. Looks are important to some extent because you have to be attracted to them but a lot of times a guy you normally wouldn’t find attractive can suddenly look better then the rest because he has such a great personality and can make you laugh. Money, I don’t care about; I have and make my own money. Yes you want a man with a job so you’re not taking care of some bum, but as for the whole “take care of me” bit, I’m not into that; I can take care of myself thank you very much.

If I had to rate them, then personality would be first, looks second, and money third. Personality really is the most important thing as far as I am concerned, a guy could have great looks and/or tons of money, but if he's an a*se then he's got no chance.

Personality, first and foremost.

Looks change. My manager at work showed me a high school picture, he used to be absolute hot. Now he's really fat and balding.

Money can have an effect, I guess. I don't want to start dating a guy who can't pay for dates or whatever. But my current boyfriend is pretty poor; I don't mind, we're still happy together. A lack of money can certainly increase stress, but it's not a dealbreaker if I really like the guy.

I rather feel sorry for a man who has married into money because sooner or later in an argument, and there will always be a few, the words you would have nothing if it was not for my money, my father will come out.
