I understand that the Bible says no sex before marriage
but is that when the penis touches the vagina physically eg no condom because I think when u have a condom on that the rubber doesnt allow them to touch physically eg skin by skin??

Read it again, the bible states "When a man knows a woman.....like man & wife."
This means if you have touched her, or he has touched you....condom or no, that neither are virgins!
So, if you have "known" one another in this fashion..you are not a virgin.

Sex is sex with or without a condom. That is why they call it safe sex.

condom or no condom there is still penetration. and u are not a virgin anymore after that.
