I've been paying Careonecredit a debt management company, monies to 4 creditors. ONe of the creditors has served me with a warrant in debt?!?!?! Apart from a few non payments due to rent, car and childcare money issues, I'm not sure why they are doing this, except to harass me.

Where can I find the usb drivers there, in device manger. It's not mentioned under network adpters, and there's an item called universal serial bus controller and about 7-8 items under that when I expand it.

undet unicersal serial bus controllewr I see,

usb root hub (5 of them)
usb mass storage device
usb universal host controller (4 of them )
usb 2 enhanced host controller

but I just cannot locate usb drivers. I just want to check whther they are enabled or disabled.

OMG this is driving me crazy. Could u pls help me to understand this?

One case of many in the world -What possible reason would he not answer prayers by many people including the righteous and people of great faith (even the pope) to help bring back Madeleine Mccann, the little missing girl.
You may say it is because the people who took her had free will. Does this mean that God can never intervene then and prayer is pointless.
It claims in the bible that the prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective - the pope is on the case. It claims that you don't get what you want when you pray because you want to spend it on your own selfish desires - this is not the case here. It claims if you have faith as small as a mustard seed you can say to this mountain move and it will move - people of great faith are praying and nothing happens.

If taxpayers were allowed to earmark up to 10% of their tax donation money for the exclusive use of one or more taxpayer specified government departments, would you support that change of legislation.. and do you think it could work?

Example:
Taxpayer X has a $1000 tax burden and he expresses his option to designate that it will be spent in the following way:

By mandate of law:
90% automatically goes into the general fund ($900)

By taxpayer choice:
10% to the Department of Education ($10)
30% to the Department of Defense ($30)
10% to the Department of Transportation ($10)

Would such a change better serve the desires of our population while allowing our legislators to continue flexibly allocating money from the general fund for running the government?

For space, it would be easier if I stood my computer on it's side, instead of the base. Would that affect the pc? I got an IBM for $10 at a yard sale, and it works OK. It's got a newer operating system, and my old PC is windows ME. The IBM is 2000 professional.
