If your USB mass storage device is working then the USB drivers are enabled

You have got the stuff hooked up. You are in the right place. Each of those items will have drivers. You can check them out by clicking properties. The first tab has a box at the bottom about enabling or disabling. Then on the drivers tab. you can and should check for interferences also. If when you opened the device manager, this was not expanded or had the yellow caution mark, it will tell you they are working all right. When you are finished checking all this out, you will be completely crazy, as I was.

Once in device driver, right click (very important to RIGHT CLICK) on the specific item; the pop up window has tabs at the top including one for driver.

Review what is there, it shows the driver and the device status.

Finally you can also go to the pc maker's web site and do a driver update to get the most current driver.
