Bacon onions and liver. Im getting hungry. Why all the indecision? You can have one for lunch and the other at supper.

I love chicken and have always hated liver, so now that I'm an adult and make my own choices, I never eat that disgusting tasting stuff. There are other foods that are rich in iron that I like much better than liver, like baked beans, many cereals, oysters, baked potatoes with the skins, and canned clams (which have twice as much iron as beef liver).

Chicken but can't eat anything with a liver flavour anymore (makes me sick). Used to love liver when I was a child but now...

Chicken. People used to push liver at kids because it's so rich in iron, but not any more.

The liver's purpose is the removal of cholesterol and toxins, so eating liver is eating cholesterol and toxins. Make it a rare "treat."
