Where do I go on the Internet to get a list of who voted for or against the Fairness Doctrine in Congress? Thanks.

I think you've been reading some bad info. The Fairness Doctrine was removed in 1987 and has not been a current law since then. The talk show Repubs have been the ones talking about it. There have been no Dems wanting to reinstate it, there is no legislation currently written or in the works to reinstate it. So to answer your question you'd find no voting what so ever about any Fairness Doctrine.

when there were only 3 or 4 TV channels, this was a good thing, today we have such a huge amount of options, it is no longer necessary. the free market should be the factor in who watches or listens to what. we have choices now.

here is a link to search for voting records of the us senate.
