Can anyone actually provide evidence that their arguments actually worked when you were audited by the IRS? Please provide the link to your case.

Since I was around 16, I have had intermittent stomach aches and constant gas. I'm 21 now and I probably should of done something about it sooner, but I've gotten so used to dealing with it. It got noticeably worse about 3 yrs ago. I have not noticed my symptoms get any worse after eating a lot of any specific kind of food (such as dairy), but I don't think I should rule out some sort of food sensitivity as a cause. I tried gasx and beano, but they didn't work at all. I'm thinking about trying a probiotic supplement. So what do you think might be wrong with me? Anyone have the same problem? Should I see a doctor?

I hear a lot of people complain that baseball games are too long. So what?... Most baseball games are played within 3 hours, assuming it doesn't go into extra innings. NFL games take 3 hours as well, and about half of that is advertising.

Baseball is a beautiful sport for one reason. No time limit. You're playing against the other team.... not a stupid time clock. Think about it. There are absolutey no "time-wasting" plays in baseball... because there's no time limit. Nothing is worse than watching 3 kneel downs to end an nfl game. Or watching a player dribble a basketball for 20 seconds without moving.

Now basketball is a game that takes too long. A foul on every play, a timeout between most free throws, not to mention each team gets like 10 timeouts.

Baseball is supposed to take a long time to play. Otherwise they would implement a time limit. But again.. thats the beauty of the game... they dont have to play against a clock.

I just graduated High School and got my own place. I had this girlfriend who moved in with me. Things didn't work out, she moved out. A week later, I was sleeping and heard someone smashing things in my house. I thought someone broke in, but it was her (she had a key). I grabbed her and threw her outside, then put a chair up in the door. I went back to sleep, and the next thing you know, a cop had me in handcuffs (came in the back door). He asked if I touched her in any way, and I said yes (of course I did, I threw her out!)

I would like to know if there is anything I can do to get my "right to bear arms" back.

I already know that the cop didn't have a right to come into my house, because she didn't live there anymore, but need to do something and have plenty of money if that's what it takes.

I need to find peace of mind. I have had a dream that may be classified as a revelation. My whole life may be symbolized by this revelation, which I had seen in a vision of the night. The dream is in my mind ever since and always occupies my thoughts.

"I saw myself walking into a huge desert, which was completely uninhabited. The color of the sand was very yellowish and I was all alone with no single creature thereabout. In the dream, I found myself walking through the desert while the sun brilliantly shone over my face. I felt extremely happy & joyful, and I was in a splendid mood never felt before; adjoined with real glory and a very high esteem and self-confidence. Inside my soul, I was filled with indescribable peace of mind. My feelings were as if I was exulted in the spirit and raised to be in the realm of the gods. My face shone with splendor and briliance opposite to the son. There was absolutely nothing desired or needed as I walked through the desert. I was totally contended and supremely satisfied.

As I walked, I said to my self: " If seclusion like this can bring me this magnificent state of mind and feeling of extreme well being, I certainly need no one to be with." I truly felt that God was living in me as I walked through the desert; God's Majestic being was sensed inside my spirit and my thoughts were uncomparable to any thing I have ever experienced in the past. Suddenly, I began to see thorns and thistles growing ahead and around me covering all the area that surrounding me as I proceeded in my walk. I then looked for a piece of wood or a wand (Rod) to use as I walked through the thorns which I found. As the way became more difficult due to the appearance of these thick thorns, I used my wand to safely go through. After a while, I crossed my way through the thorns, and then I stopped and looked ahead of me, and behold, I saw a very black goat that was standing above a rocky area and lifting one of its legs (Hoof) above the ground. I immediately said to my self: " This goat may have walked through the thorns which I had just crossed through and that it is lifting one of its hoof above the ground as it may have been hurt, and most likely it is bleeding." I said to my self, as I was thinking how to help this goat, " If it is bleeding, I thought, I would take a piece of my shirt and rap it around his leg to stop the blood and to comfort him". When I approached the goat wanting to check his leg, the goat screamed in my face with a scream that cannot possibly be described. His voice was absolutely odd and unknown to human being. It was louder than any thing I ever heard coming out of an animal or man. The goat kept on screaming and screaming and screaming continuously without stopping while I was standing contemplating and wondering if I had done something wrong. After a while, I began to suspect my self as the cause of this goat's strange behavior which had not stopped screaming yet. At this moment I began to doubt myself. I said to my self: "If this goat is so scared of me to that extent, then what is in me cannot possibly be God." Immediately when that thought crossed my mind, I felt as if something in my body had raptured out and left me in full despair and agony. Instantaneously, the goat stopped screaming, and immediately thereafter I felt so sad, so scared, terrified and lacking joy and confidence, and then darkness began to creep around me. The goat then carried me through the air and brought me to the very place I lived when I was very young; the place was a ranch that my grandfather owned and I often used to spend joyful time in that place. I looked around and saw friends and relatives celebrating and drinking and having great joy. I then said to my self, as I looked at them 200 feet afar: "What could they be so happy about?” "There is nothing worthy in this world to making somebody happy anymore." Then I again looked around me and saw the goat standing next to me. I felt as I stood with him so depressed, so scared and in indescribable despair and extremely in melancholy with no confidence in my self, or self-esteem.
I cannot forget this dream while I live or even after I die. It has brought to me so much tears and sorrows.

Cpould you possibly make a vivid and clear interpretation of this dream? I had the dream sometime ago, but it still lives in me as part of me until this very moment.

Hello,

I want to be able to record things about my daily life and whatnots. Ever since I started writing about my life through my perspectives and thoughts, my mother has been snooping around like the scooby's nose. She finds it and reads my inner most and sensitive thoughts, which are sometimes narrcisstical and nostalgic. But that it just the way I am.

How can stop my mother from sneaking into my room when I'm outside of it or at school. Its an invasion of privacy. I tell her not to do this, I don't feel angry in particular, knowing how over-protective she is and I never get pissed. Instead I feel shame.

For example, when I was having sexually active thoughts I wrote them down knowing that I would like to look back before I had gotten sexually mature and learn from it. Now I am. Well, I turned sexually mature when I was 13 now I'm fifteen - I havn't written about it since and I feel I have missed out a lot.

Talking to her doesn't work. Can you help me?

I live in a shared house. In the bathtub over the plug hole is a detachable piece of metal which fits in the hole and has small round holes in. I just don't understand it's purpose. It seems to just collect hair from everyone who uses the tub/shower meaning that somebody has the unpleasant job of picking out all the hair from it . Other than that, it serves no purpose. Surely things like hair would be better off just going straight down the hole into the drain, as they would if this cover was not there. The only possible useful thing they would do is to prevent items being lost down the plughole, but I believe that most people remove items like jewellery before taking a shower and i cant think of anythign one would normally take into a shower that is small enough to go down the hole.

Directors shares and ownership?
I want to offer someone around 10-15% of my company i and my partner have 50% 50% - so this new person is coming in she wants 20% equity - I dont want to giver any directorship to this person just in case it gets messy however this person i would offer the 20% of the sale of the business once completed - so could i get a contract sigened that if the business was ever to be sold we would offer 20% of the sale to her. What kind of power does that one 20% holder have of if was to give ownership of 20% equity? does everyone have to agree on a business decision do we have to justify what we do to that person if 20% - what does having more than 50% mean to that director what about having 80% does that person have more say. My friend suspects her sisters boyfriend is a cheater. She has no proof of this, just hear-say from other people.

Her sister has gone to visit their cousin for the weekend and wont be back til Monday. My friend wants me to see if I can seduce her sisters boyfriend by hitting on him at the bar he'll be at tomorrow night. He doesn't know who I am. The plan is for me to hit on him, be all flirty, then get a pic on my phone with him putting his tounge in my ear or kissing me or something.

Is this a moral thing for me to do? I really don't want to hurt this girl but at the same time she'll end up getting hurt anyway if this guy is a cheater. What would you do?
