Processes used by religious groups to create and support dogma........

Eisegisis: To read into a scriptural text to find support for a theory or belief [Apriori]

Apriori: To take a position and then to seek support to prove it. Typically leads to putting into or reading into the text what is not
really there. Having a thought or theory and digging through scripture to find evidence to support it.

Apriori: In computer science and data mining, Apriori is a classic algorithm for learning association rules. Apriori is designed to operate on databases containing transactions (for example, collections of items bought by customers, or details of a website frequentation). Other algorithms are designed for finding association rules in data having no transactions (Winepi and Minepi), or having no timestamps (DNA sequencing).

A priori, in a legal sense, based on deduction or hypothesis

Your definition of an "a priori" is a little off. In logic, an a priori premise is one which is accepted as true, without being proven through reason. For instance:

All dogs are animals.
All animals breath oxygen.
Therefore, all dogs breath oxygen.

The conclusion, that all dogs breath oxygen is derived from the premises. The two premises, on the other hand, must be accepted a priori if we are to accept the syllogism as sound. A priori premises may be axiomatically true, hypothetically true, proven through observation, or proven as the conclusion of another logical structure.

The problem you're describing comes into play when we assume a priori premises that are not accepted by all members of the argument.

Ex:
Atheists don't believe in God.
God is love.
Atheists don't believe in love.

The premise that "God is love" is obviously up for debate, and cannot be accepted a priori. This type of a priori abuse is a special kind of logical fallacy called Petitio Principii or Begging the Question.

EDIT:
No prob. Glad to help.

Exegesis (spelled correctly) means: 1. A critical explanation of a text, especially of the Bible.

A priori: Proceeding from a known or assumed cause to a necessarily related effect; deductive.

Your first definition is misleading in that it implies a misinterpretation of scripture in order to support a belief. That's not the definition nor the use.

Don't rely on wikpedia for everything. It is not a reliable source.

Oh yes, Wikipedia, the best source for accurate information anywhere. If the point is that dogma is a human construct, no kidding.
