ok i know my stuff about computers but i havent really had the time to research the dx10 thing. but i ahve a dell laptop and im running vista with dx10 but i dont want to wipe it out and i want to put my games on here but there dx9 games. so what im asking is, is there somthing to download to were i can flex to dx9 games and the laptop is dx10 the rest of the time?

I'm just wondering because I often get emails to sign something that will go all over the internet and around the world. After so many signatures they will send it in. Seems these can be easily forged so what good are they? I care about the causes but wonder if the email petitions are any help. Thanks!
