I saw it last night. It had a very English (rather than Hollywood) feel to it. It didn't seem very geared towards children, there wasn't a lot of little CGI creatures running around. The screen was very dark--I could barely tell what was going on in the forbidden forest scenes. But overall it was pretty good. A lot was left out, but it WAS a pretty long book...

I enjoyed the movie. I've got the new book ordered and wait for it's arrival. As to making me want to perform some witchcraft, nah not really. lol

I've preferred the book to the movies in all cases, but I still look forward to seeing the new one,and reading the new book. And to those who dislike Harry Potter I only have one thing to say,"Crucio"!!

Yes - loved it!!!
Although I was re reading the books before the last one comes out and I've just finished the OotP and I realised how much was left out - which is understandable but kind of disappointing (for certain bits not to be there.)

i was going to take a break before starting HBP again but I just couldn't

In general, books are nearly always better than the movie. I have two exceptions, but only two out of hundreds of stories.

Radcliffe's becoming a very good actor. I enjoyed the movie very much.

No, but I'm going later tonight.

I've seen them all - have all the cds and have all the books - even the last one has been on pre-order for months.

It hasn't changed me one iota.

I'm sure i'll get a thumbs down for this but who cares.

No, and nor will I watch it. It's a clever trap to get people into "happy, supernatural, good powers" of their own. Which is a big fat lie. Demons know how much we love to believe in magics, spells, having our own powers, vanity, pride, etc. And they use anything and everything to deploy seducing evils into people, so that they will live the lie with them, and they can get more people to go to hell. Since thats where they are going, they want to take as many as God's creations with them as possible. And everyone just lets them lol.
