Basically nothing. Caffeine doesnt help motions. Infact coffee if strong, is a known constipator. Strong black coffee is given without milk or sugar in the treatment of nausea, vomiting and/or loose motions.
Drinking hot water induces bowel movements. May be the coffee you drink has more water and is lighter in concentration, and is very hot.

Coffee is a stimulant and it contains caffeine and in cold season if you drink coffee with milk it is good and it energizes you to work more and it makes you physically active and naturally burns calories followed by digestion...along with coffee if u drink water it is even better. In south India Coffee is a must for many in the morning times and it helps to cheer up and stimulates you to be active and helps to be active, in short it is yes to your question.

Caffeine usually makes you go...so if you're stopped up and drink caffeine, you'll end up going sooner or later. don't go crazy and start drinking coffee all the time to help regulate yourself though, or you won't end up ever leaving the bathroom!

Probably not. But it can and will keep you awake a lot more; allowing you many more chances to go to the bathroom to try.
Instead, eat about 1/4-1/2 lb of kernel corn as part or most of your evening meal. Or any time approx. before desired time to go and break the dam in your bowels. Also, eat foods with a lot of fibrous content to get more fluid lower in system. Drink a good amount of Green tea as well is what I do myself.
The corn acts kind of like a scrub brush in bowels for me. And, it takes a lot of moisture a lot farther down. Ergo, easy bowel movement.

Caffeine is a diuretic (it make you go to the toilet. A high fiber diet is far better for you and more efficient though
