I'm only answering this question because I want to know as well. I'd love to see someone who is a tax protestor have actually won their case, but I don't think that you'll find anyone actually winning this.

A few Tax Kooks have dodged the bullet on criminal convictions. Call it poor preparation by the prosecution or jury nullification, whatever. But NONE of them have dodged the bullet on the tax liability issue. In most cases, the penalties and interest that were piled on jacked their ultimate tax liability by an order of magnitude or two.

I grudgingly admit that I have to pay my share but there's NO WAY I'll pay 5 or 10 times my share! That's just plain DUMB! but nobody ever said that the Tax Kooks were all that bright in the first place. LOL!

You won't get a good answer to this question for three reasons.

1. All tax protestor arguments are faulty so, no matter how hard they try, they won't win a case saying they don't have to pay.

2. Since they won't win a case, they'll claim that it's a big government conspiracy to defraud citizens.

and
3. All tax protestors are idiots.
