I'm in beginner's Muay Thai and we do two rounds of jumping rope, 5-8 minutes of warm-up kicks, punches and leg checks. About 5-6 rounds of focus mitts then 5-6 rounds of using Thai pads or on some days belly pads or both on one occasion we also used shin pads. 1 round of galloping in a circle while passing a 10 pound ball around.
50 push ups, 100 sit-ups. Then 5 minutes of streching. The problem is that my instructor does not care too much about how powerful your kicks are, it's all about how you execute your kicks and punches to her. ANd we never use speed bags. Does this class sound good? It's not 1/2 as brutal or demanding as people say Muay Thai is. And please tell me it'll probably get a LOT harder later.

right then....

is it me or is god just a tiny bit weird.
so he creates us and gives us eternal perfection. we eat a bit of fruit he told us not to (wasn't even really are fault) and without hesitation takes away the greatest give you can have.. a little unfair i think!!!!

when he takes it away he puts us in this little game i like to call life. so.. we get dumped here with no evidence of his existence except a little book claiming to be his words. but which are blatently in mans hand writing. we also get given this intelligence which makes us question everything, he also berried a load of massive lizard bones everywhere to confuse us and question him.

so he makes it pretty clear that hes no where to be found. and then if you fall for all these tricks he set in place. no..you don't get a slap on the wrist and a good old chuckle with god..noo. you dont have to pay a little fine or something..nope

you get AN ETERNITY IN THE WORST PLACE IN EXISTENCE!!!! HELL

There is a war going on and all you trolls can think about is what black people are doing. Since I found myself lost in the storms of life, every living being close to me told me, hang on, there will be change. I hanged on believing them like a child that change will come and u all know it came,with all pomp and show....but scattered the remaining **** and bits of me, faaaar n wide.
